ConClear is designed to remove concrete & cement residues without damaging  Does not damage metals, plastics, rubber, glass, paint and most other common substrates the underlying substrate or posing a danger to the user

 Readily biodegradable: ConClear is formulated using an organic molecule found in plants & vegetables

 Contains no WEL components (Workplace Exposure Limits) and therefore has low health and safety concerns

 Cost effective: can be used as a concentrate or dilution (ready to use)

 Easy to apply

 Can be left on heavy build-ups for several hours or overnight.

 Contains a blend of surfactants which act as degreasers to add a sparkle to the finish

 Can be used neat or diluted up to 1:2 with water.

Cleaning rates depend on temperature, thickness and age of the cement or concrete deposits (cement gets stronger with age). Effective within 40 mins of application. It is possible to remove all cement based deposits by using an appropriate quantity of ConClear , without damaging the substrate.

The following result is the average of 3 tests at 23°C, maintained for 48hrs in an undisturbed solution.

The product has no appreciable effect on the plastic type tested. Weight Loss: % Of Original Weight

EFFECT ON PAINTED SURFACES

The effect of ConClear on paint has been assessed on a visual basis, using coated metal plates. The results dis-played are averages of 3 tests at 23°C, maintained for 48hrs in an undisturbed solution of ConClear. Use of the product had no discernible, visual effect on the coatings tested.

EFFECT ON METALLIC SURFACES:

ConClear has been tested on the most common metal types including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium. In all cases minimal weight loss was observed in com-parison to typical cement cleaning products such as Hydrochloric Acid and Phosphoric Acid.
